Welcome to the online presence of Hope Community Church
in Tameside and Glossop!
We are a community of very ordinary people from diverse backgrounds who share some things in common: we honour Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, we love and care for each other, we desire the presence of the Spirit, we affirm a reformed evangelical respect for the Bible and we are committed to sharing the glorious hope of God's kingdom with others!
On this site, you can find lots of information about our values, beliefs, vision and activities. You can also read some very brief stories of hope from several people who are part of the church family.

Our Vision
Our vision is to establish one church made up of multiple local “communities of hope” across Tameside and Glossop, connected together through shared vision, values and leadership.
Our aim is to spread the good news of God's kingdom so that we bring honour to Christ, health to his church and hope to every community, especially to those where there is no gospel-centred place of worship.
It is our desire and commitment to do this in partnership with other local churches who share our vision and values.
As of 4th July 2021,
Hope Community Church
is comprised of two "communities of hope": one in Mottram, and another in Hyde.
Our Mottram site gathers for worship each Sunday morning at 10:30 am at Hope Christian Centre, Stalybridge Road, Mottram.
Our Hyde site will gather for worship each Sunday morning at 10:30 am at the ex-Argos store in Clarendon Square precinct.
